Little Miss Blossom Pageant OFFICIAL APPLICATION

    * Do you grant Little Miss Blossom, it's subsidiaries and affiliates permission to photograph, record, videotape, and use your childs voice and/or name for marketing promo's and photoshoots?
    *Has your child ever competed in a pageant before?
    *Will your child be able to attend meetings and rehearsals?

    *Please submit 1 HeadShot and 1 full body photo of contestant

    REGISTRATION FEE / ENTRY FEE / PAYMENTS

    Upon registration a full payment is due at the time of registration. We accept cash and
    all major credit cards. 

    The Pageant is self-supporting and relies solely upon entry fees to cover production
    expenses. Production expenses include but are not limited to advertisement, venue
    rentals, performers’ fees, judge’s expenses, staging, supplies, prizes, and awards etc.

    Entry fee includes:

    • Eligibility for all prizes and awards (no hidden competition fees)
    • Title, sash, crown, trophy, bouquet, t-shirt, opportunity to win cash prize
    • Official documents including cover letters, sponsorship letters, and press releases

    Refund Policy

    All fees paid to Little Miss Blossom are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, fees can be
    transferred to an entry fee for the following Pageant show.
