Take a look at what our past  participants and see what they have to say about our work and dedication.

Hello, I am Zania A. Spence, your former Little Miss future star title holder.

In 2014, I entered into my very first pageant & I unfortunately did not win. My faith shattered and I couldn’t believe that all my hard work went down the drain. I could feel my confidence declining.

But that did not stop me! As I reflect back into the year of 2015, & I took a leap of faith AND entered into my 2nd pageant “Little Miss Future stars” which has now evolved into “Little Miss Blossom”. This year was the year I found myself again!

Many of us can agree, as young girls we did not fully grasp who we were or what our purpose was. To be awarded the opportunity to be in a pageant was the perfect time for me to discover the person God has called me to be. Now of course, During my preparation for the pageant, doubt, fear, anxiety, creeped up on me & every other emotion you could possibly think of. I felt it ! But I couldn’t quit, To win meant more to me than to just having a title. Becoming the first place title holder in my age group, gave me a better insight of how strong, bold, courageous & powerful I truly am.

Being a part of Little Miss Blossom, will give you the confidence you need to conquer the world, despite the challenges. I wouldn’t be who I am today, if it wasn’t for this opportunity. And I can’t wait to see and be apart of the amazing change that’s about to take place in your life.

Thank you Ms. Marcia Kee for presenting me with this opportunity & for changing the trajectory of my life for the better.

Hello, my name is Anielya Wells-Miller, and I am a former “Little Miss Future Stars” 1st place Winner of 2015 in my age category. This Pageant is now known as Little Miss Blossom. Participating in the pageant was an entirely new adventure for me, as this was my first and only pageant. At first, I was nervous about what the process would require and if I was even capable of placing, much less winning. Participating allowed me to build my self-esteem, and my self-doubt soon faded as I began rehearsals and met many other lovely young ladies. I remember it being a very positive environment and rewarding experience. Even though we were all competing for the title, everyone was kind and well-mannered. We all came together in Sister-Hood. Being a part of the pageant taught me to persevere and remain optimistic. At the time, I didn’t understand the importance of poise, etiquette, and gracefulness as a young lady. Now that I reflect back, I realize how much I learned in such a short time. Not to mention how enjoyable it was showcasing not only my beauty but also my talent and intellect. Outfit and makeup shopping were also exhilarating! Overall, I would encourage you to be bold and to be brave by participating in this pageant because it will help you build your self-confidence and grow as you network and discover new things with other young ladies. You live life by having experiences. Let this be one of those experiences, even if it's just only this one time! I'm looking forward to seeing each of you, as you blossom through this journey.

My name is Anaiya and my experience with The Little Miss Future Stars pageant in 2015 was an amazing and unforgettable experience and it was only my second pageant. My first pageant was 1 year prior, and I froze on the stage. I couldn’t do the dance that I practiced so hard for, and I was devastated. So, when I got the chance to try it again, I gave it my all and won 1st Place!! I will never forget that feeling. All my hard work paid off! It taught me that if I truly believe in myself, I can do anything at all that I put my mind to. I think what helped me the most was all the practices that Mrs. Marcia provided for us girls. In the practices we learned how to be confident, hold our heads up high, how to smile no matter what and most importantly how to support one another. I loved the whole experience! The hair/makeup, the wardrobe changes, the runway and the flashing cameras. It was such a rush! I am now pursuing my modeling career because of this, and I can't wait to see where it takes me! If you can be a part of the Little Miss Blossom Pageant, grab hold of it because your daughter's self-confidence will skyrocket! Mrs. Marcia is such a dedicated teacher and coach! I am so thankful!

Tori Being in this pageant was an important moment for my journey through girlhood. As a quiet little girl who was brimming with ideas and creativity but didn’t know how to show it, being in this pageant offered me an outlet to express myself in ways I hadn’t done before. From picking out my outfits with my mother, to rehearsing my talent portion performance, I learned how to put my ideas into motion and that hard work can lead to reaching your goals. I had so much fun with the other girls and I learned that winning isn’t everything as long as you have a good time. This was a great environment to learn about the positives of healthy competition and accepting the outcome with grace. I look back on my memories here fondly and this experience helped me grow into the young, confident woman I am today. Thank you, Ms. Marcia!!

In 2015 I participated in the Little Miss Future Stars pageant. This was a new experiencefor me so I was very nervous. It was initially overwhelming deciding what I would do for the talent portion, dress shopping and rehearsals However, the more I practiced the more confident I felt and the easier everything became. By the day of the pageant, I was ready to get on the stage and it was a great experience and fun! Everyone with the pageant was kind and helpful and I felt privileged to be a participant. The pageant helped me gain confidence in myself. Back then I didn't really have confidence but now I do. It was a learning experience and I'm willing to do it all over again! It taught me that I can do anything I put my mind to, with strength in me.
